We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Web Designer to join our team in Anand. Key Responsibilities
- Visual Storytelling: Create high-quality layouts that reflect Anand’s legacy of the White Revolution, balancing industrial efficiency with community-focused aesthetics.
- UI/UX for All: Design intuitive interfaces that are accessible to a diverse user base, ranging from rural cooperative members to international academic researchers.
- Prototyping: Develop wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that communicate complex data (like dairy supply chains or educational curriculums) into simple, beautiful visuals.
- Responsive Excellence: Ensure seamless performance across all devices, optimizing for the “mobile-first” reality of rural and semi-urban Gujarat.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside developers and project managers in Anand’s growing IT sectors to ensure designs are feasible and impactful.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. (Candidates familiar with the design standards of IRMA or Sardar Patel University environments are encouraged to apply).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a balance between clean, corporate minimalism and vibrant, rural-themed storytelling.
- Software Mastery: Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Typography & Script: An eye for clean layouts, including the seamless integration of Gujarati script for regional cooperative portals.
- Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of how designs translate into HTML5 and CSS3.
Preferred Skills
