We are looking for a resourceful and proactive IT Support Technician to join our technical team in Anand. Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and specialized industrial peripherals used in dairy processing and academic research.
- Software Support: Manage operating systems and enterprise software (ERP/SAP) essential for large-scale cooperative logistics and academic management.
- Network Administration: Maintain robust LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks that span large campus environments, ensuring zero downtime for critical data transmission.
- Industrial Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for systems that interface with automated dairy machinery and laboratory equipment unique to the Anand ecosystem.
- Security & Backups: Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive cooperative data and intellectual property in a city that is a prime target for digital innovation.
- Inventory Management: Track a diverse fleet of IT assets across multiple sites, including corporate offices in Anand and research facilities in Vidyanagar.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communication.
- Certification: CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft 365 Certified Associate is highly preferred.
