Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a professional and helpful tone that aligns with Anand’s hospitable culture.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist users with queries related to our products and services, providing clear solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
  • Meticulous Documentation: Log all customer feedback and complaints into our CRM, ensuring that the “voice of the customer” is heard across our departments.
  • Escalation Management: Work closely with our technical and logistics teams in Anand to ensure complex issues are resolved with the same precision found in our local industries.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships with a diverse clientele ranging from local students to international partners.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any field; background in Agricultural Science or Rural Management is a plus but not required.
  • Linguistic Skills: Exceptional fluency in English and Gujarati is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi is highly valued to support our nationwide customer base.
  • Resilience: A patient and calm temperament, capable of turning a frustrated caller into a loyal brand advocate.
  • Tech Literacy: Familiarity with basic office software; experience with dairy-tech or educational portals is an advantage.
